Paste the .adg file here:

User//Music/Ableton/User Library/Presets/Audio Effects/Audio Effect Rack

You can also find that location in Ableton. Open the Ableton browser, search for Location, User Library, etc. and drag and drop it there.

Usage

Then to add it to the selected track:

Cmd + f (mac) to search, type , hit enter, arrow down to select the rack you want, hit enter again
